The AV2 is approximately twice the width of the AV1 cabinet with a total of four fully adjustable vented shelves. It can comfortably hold up to eight components making it the ideal storage unit for larger systems. The added width makes the unit perfect for supporting larger LCD, Plasma & CRT televisions.
A unique feature of this cabinet is the cable management system to allow cables from your screen or speakers to be routed directly into the cabinet avoiding the need for trailing leads around the back of the unit.
Manufactured in the UK the high quality veneer and finish is often likened to solid wood furniture.
Both shelves can be adjusted for height and have ventilation slots, allowing different sizes of equipment to be correctly fitted and preventing over-heating. Space is provided for all the cables to be correctly routed, including slots to run cables vertically between the shelves. The rear of the cabinet is open to allow easy access to your equipment.
The top of the cabinet is extended at the rear edge so that it can be placed ‘flush to the wall’ even where the room contains large skirting boards.
All feet are adjustable to compensate for uneven floors, whilst the doors, which boast a dampened closing action, are easily removable to enable equipment to be installed without damage.
Naturally, you can specify the doors to be hinged on either the left or the right hand side of the cabinet. The choice is yours.
