Delivery Information (UK Mainland)...

Shipping costs are included for orders over £150, unless otherwise stated. Orders where the shopping cart total is less than £150 will incur a £9.95 delivery & handling charge. Goods are normally sent within 2-3 working days following receipt of order and confirmed payment. Customer services will contact you if the item(s) ordered are out of stock and inform you about any delay there may be prior to taking payment from the card.

Next working day deliveries can be arranged at no extra cost on selected products. Please contact to confirm Saturday deliveries are also available (surcharge applicable). Please contact for more information.

Goods are normally sent by national carrier or Royal Mail. Please ensure you check your goods thoroughly for any damaged or missing item/s, as most couriers require informing within 24 hours from receipt of goods should there be any problems. Please contact AV-Sales immediately detailing the damage or missing item(s).

Signed proof of delivery is required for all orders, please arrange for someone to be present to accept the goods on the day of delivery. You will be carded if you are not able to receive the goods allowing you to re-arrange an alternative time of delivery.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Goods can only be delivered to the registered cardholders billing address. This is done for security reasons and to eliminate online credit card fraud. Please see our Terms & Conditions of Sale for more information.
International Orders & Shipping Information...
International orders should use the site & shopping cart as normal. (see “How to Order”)

Payment for all international orders (inc R.O.I.) can ONLY be made by Bank to Bank transfer. Goods will be shipped once cleared funds have been received. UK VAT will be charged where orders are destined for EU member countries unless a valid EU VAT registration number is supplied. VAT is not chargeable on orders destined for non-EU countries.

International Shipping costs will be calculated once we have received your order (via the shopping cart when using the Bank to Bank Transfer option). You will be contacted via E-mail with total costs (excluding local taxes that may be applicable) and bank transfer details.

Alternatively, you can use your own preferred carrier to collect the goods from our premises - in this instance please enter your shipping instructions in the comments box provided, along with your delivery address and preferred shipping company (i.e. UPS), and account number details.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay all local taxes and duties that may be applicable and insure the goods where the clients carriers are used.
